Smooth Jazz Tribute to Stevie Wonder Ballads

Tributee: Stevie Wonder.
There's no doubt about the elegant grace and bright bounce of Stevie Wonder's melodies, and even with the loose R&B edges trimmed off, they hold their own, as this tribute to Wonder by an anonymous group called the Smooth Jazz All Stars clearly shows, although hearing these instrumental revisits to songs like "Ribbon in the Sky," "Love's in Need of Love Today," and "I Just Called to Say I Love You" will no doubt leave listeners yearning to hear the original vocal versions.
