GOLDEN GIRLS and MARY TYLER MOORE SHOW star Betty White enjoyed one of her first popular successes with the 1953-55 LIFE WITH ELIZABETH, a syndicated situation comedy for which White netted an Emmy nomination. The program starred White as Elizabeth, a housewife wed to junior executive Alvin; each 30-minute episode featured three uniquely-titled playlets depicting the goings on between husband and wife - all done in a lightly comedic vein and narrated by Jack Narz. Comprised of four individual volumes, this set contains 16 episodes from the original episodes.
