Rifleman

During the height of the First World War, sixteen-year-old Artus finds himself bereft of his home and family. The grieving youth then finds camaraderie in the army, vowing to defend his nation, Latvia, from encroaching enemy forces. However, his naive dreams of war-time glory quickly dissipate into a grim realization of the consequences of war. Based on the novel by Aleksandrs Grins.
